Crystal Art Kit and storage

I ordered a Crystal Art canvas (the landscape kit) and one of the storage boxes for crystals. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took about 6 days to reach me in California, which felt reasonable for international shipping. Everything was packed well, no damage to the box or the canvas. The Crystal Art kit itself had plenty of crystals, and the canvas adhesive was really good. The storage box was a bit smaller than I expected, but it does the job for organizing the leftover gems. I emailed customer service about a tracking update, and they replied within a day. Overall, a decent experience.

Good value for a new hobby

I was looking to try Crystal Art without spending too much. I found a Crystal Art kit on clearance, which was great. The 10% off for signing up to the newsletter helped too. It felt like a solid deal for a first-timer.

I'm missing a whole pack of crystals from my Crystal Art kit. What do I do?

S ShantiDevi 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Contact their customer service! They usually send out replacements pretty quickly for missing drills.

R RajeshGupta 3 weeks ago

Okay, I'll email them. Hope they respond fast.

H HarshitaJain 3 weeks ago

Yeah, I ran out of one color once and they sent more, no problem.

P PrakashSingh 3 weeks ago

Did you check all the layers of the packaging? Sometimes they get stuck under the canvas.

R RajeshGupta 3 weeks ago

Yep, checked everywhere. Definitely not there.

Is anyone else's Craft Buddy Shop order stuck on 'processing' for ages?

V VikramPatel 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer

Mine took like 5 business days to even ship last time. Their delivery isn't super fast.

K KavitaRao 1 month ago

Yeah, I heard they're based in the UK, so international shipping can take a while too.

S SnehaGupta 1 month ago

Ugh, really? I ordered a Crystal Art kit for a gift and it's been 3 days already.

R RahulVerma 1 month ago

My Christmas kits always take longer to arrive. It's probably just busy season.

A ArjunReddy 1 month ago

Still, a little update would be nice.

S SnehaGupta 1 month ago

Good point. I guess I'll just wait it out.

My Craft Buddy Shop order tracking hasn't updated in days. Is this normal?

M MohanRaj 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Happened to me last month. It just suddenly showed up at my door, tracking never updated past 'shipped'.

S SureshKumar 2 weeks ago

Yeah, their tracking isn't the best.

A AnanyaReddy 2 weeks ago

Really? That's a bit worrying. I wish it would at least say it's left the warehouse.

L LataSharma 2 weeks ago

Sometimes the carrier tracking is just slow to update. Give it another day or two.

A AnanyaReddy 2 weeks ago

Fingers crossed. Thanks!

Are Craft Buddy kits truly suitable for younger children? Looking for a gift.

R RituSharma 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

The Crystal Art kits have tiny pieces, so maybe not for really young ones unless supervised. They have kids' kits though!

J JayaVerma 2 weeks ago

Ah, okay. I saw the 'kids kits' section but wasn't sure if it was just smaller versions. Good to know.

S SunitaRao 2 weeks ago

Yeah, I wouldn't give the standard ones to my 5-year-old, too many small bits.

A AnilGupta 2 weeks ago

My 8-year-old loves the Crystal Art stickers and keyrings, those are easier.

J JayaVerma 2 weeks ago

Stickers might be a good idea then! Thanks!

P PreetiSingh 2 weeks ago

The Forever Flowerz might be better for slightly older kids too, fiddly sometimes.

Trying to return a Forever Flowerz kit, but the return policy seems a bit vague. Any tips?

G GayatriNair 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

As long as it's unopened and you're within the timeframe, it should be fine. Just email them for an RMA.

A AshokMehta 2 weeks ago

They're usually pretty good about returns if it's unused.

K KiranPillai 2 weeks ago

Okay, will do. I just bought the wrong color petals.

M MeenaPatel 2 weeks ago

I returned a Crystal Art clock a while back, had to pay for my own shipping back though.

K KiranPillai 2 weeks ago

Good to know, thanks for the heads up.

My first order discount code isn't working at Craft Buddy Shop. Anyone else?

A AnjaliMehta 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer

Yeah, I had that. Make sure you're signed up for their newsletter first. Mine only worked after that.

R RohanSingh 1 month ago

Didn't know that was a requirement. Annoying.

P PriyaSharma 1 month ago

Oh, good shout! I just signed up, will try again.

D DeepakKumar 1 month ago

Mine worked fine last week. Maybe clear your browser cache?

P PriyaSharma 1 month ago

Tried that, no luck. Thanks though!

Anyone know if you can use more than one discount code at Craft Buddy Shop?

R RaviKumar 4 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Nope, tried that. Doesn't work. Only one coupon per order usually.

D DivyaSingh 4 weeks ago

Yeah, most stores are like that these days.

M MeenaDubey 4 weeks ago

Bummer. Was hoping to stack a newsletter one with a sale one.

G GeetaPrasad 4 weeks ago

Sometimes bundle deals automatically apply, and then you can't add another code. Is that what's happening?

M MeenaDubey 4 weeks ago

Not this time, just trying to use two separate codes.

Thinking of trying out one of the Forever Flowerz kits. Are all the bits included or do I need to buy extra tools like the stems and stuff separately?

A Andre G. 3 months ago

Most kits come with everything you need to make the flowers themselves, but you usually buy stems and greenery separately. Depends on the kit, I guess. Check the description carefully.

T Todd Torres 3 months ago

From my experience, the basic flower petals are always there, but for things like stems or specific leaves, you often need to grab them as add-ons. It's usually clear on the product page.
